About Us
We offer suggestions based
on the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and Swami Kriyananda in Success and Happiness through Yoga Principles and other writings, and our own life experience.

Haridas Blake discovered the
teachings of Yogananda at the age of 17 and decided to become a monk, a
path of development he followed for 12 years. In 1970 he became a founding
member of Ananda Sangha, now an internationally recognized NGO. Haridas
directed three small industries, including a jewelry company that employed
a dozen people. For the next 30 years he helped manage two of Ananda’s
international retreats, teaching professionals throughout America and Europe
a wide range of yoga-related subjects. He and his wife have a grown daughter
who works as a schoolteacher in California. |

Dharmaraj Iyer,
CEO of Harmony at Work, graduated from MIT with a Masters Degree in Computer
Science. He spent several years in computer research, consulting at AT&T
Bell Labs, Xerox PARC, and National Semiconductor. He then spent 7 years
teaching math and science in private schools to children in grades K-12.
He and his wife, Dharmini, moved to India in 2006. |

Dharmini Iyer holds degrees in Electrical Engineering and Physics. In the corporate
world, she worked as a mixed signal design engineer, a project manager,
and a trainer for employees in Japanese Manufacturing Techniques (JIT).
She joined Ananda Sangha in Silicon Valley and began her meditation practice
in 1992. Since then, Dharmini has had an enthusiastic interest in sharing
these teachings with others in both the NGO and Corporate arenas. |

Ruby Bhushan was born in Dehra
Dun and spent her childhood living all over India. She completed her
BE in Computer Science from MNREC Allahabad and her PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad.
She spent several years in the corporate world, working for companies including
Whirlpool and Henkel. She then worked as a marketing consultant with clients
in the real estate and education sectors. She has a five year old daughter,
and her husband works with a media company. |
